Moreh Derech JOFEE Training

Join us and the TEVA educators for a three-day, four-night training to deepen your understanding of how to facilitate impactful nature experiences that are mindfully infused with Jewish wisdom tradition.

You’ll expand your toolkit as an educator while learning from the powerful methodology of the TEVA program.

We will cover a variety of Jewish-nature education including Jewish-themed hikes, naturalist skills, games, and shelter building to name a few. Join us as we build community and grow our capacities as educators.

Our intention is for you to leave this experience with a strong and solid boost in:
• Experiential Pedagogy
• Core Jewish eco-concepts
• Group dynamics and management
• Toolkit of ice-breakers
• Toolkit of trail games
• Plant id, tree id, and reading landscapes
• Prayerfulness and Sacred space facilitation

Cost:
Option 1– $390 for shared dorm (likely 3-4 people).
Option 2– $500 for a private room.
